Beach Bunny

Yanno, living in Florida you would think I would make it to the beach more often.  Summer has been in full swing down here for a few weeks now (scorching heat and humidity.. yay…)  and while I was  working on these photos I  couldn’t help but think that it’s literally been years since I’ve been to the beach.  Ah well, that’s the great thing about Second Life I suppose. All of the cute beach wear with none of the sand in uncomfortable places!

Happy Sunday all, and I hope the weekend has been good to you so far!  This weekend starts lots of wonderful things, first and foremost, I’m feeling better ( just had surgery this past week, no fun at all) and not to mention Collabor-88 and FaMESHed will be updating or are already updated!  FaMESHed I know has updated because I was there this morning checking out this month’s  tent of goodies, and I will definitely be trolling the C-88 sim to see what’s up there later today!

Today also starts the beginning of Chic Management’s Chic2 event, which is running from June 3rd to June 24th in celebration of the ir second birthday!  I am so looking forward to checking out this event. Wifey managed to score an invite to the preview which is very exciting, and she has given me some great sneak peek’s on what will be up at this event!  4pm SLT is when the fun begins, be ready to shop til you drop!

Today is just a short one, I’m just posting up my photos for Luna Jubilee’s 52 Week of Color Challenge, lat week was Cobalt Blue and I decided to break out this wonderful swimsuit from BOOM!  Up until really recently I didn’t even own a bathing suit in SL, but I have since seen the light and own several really cute pieces from this store!  The surf board is compliments of What Next from the 2012 Pose Fair. I’ve had this item rezzed since I bought it and it’s nice to finally get to show it off in a picture! Another wonderful item is one of the FOUR new hairs from Elikatira!! I was starting to wonder when we’d see something new from her, but I have to say all four hairstyles are simply wonderful. Clean cut, and yet still so fashionable! They have been out for a few days now, so I definitely recommend heading down there to check them out!!

This outfit right here is one of the new romper’s from one of my favorites, Coldlogic!  I have missed quite a few releases from here with my absence recently so it was nice to go in and just kind of have a mesh filled shopping spree with picking up these and a few other newer items from this collaborative store! Love them. Period.  In the interest of not sounding like a complete fan girl, I’m going to move on! The hair I’m wearing in this one is from Wasabi Pills and is a nice take on an already released hair, perfect for summer fun and beach outings, it comes with a variety of scarf and ponytail color options!
